How to Make No Bake Peanut Butter Balls
No bake recipes are great because they can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge or freezer for later. This makes meal prepping a breeze, and it’s cost efficient. Here’s my recipe for the No Bake Peanut Butter Balls:
- Combine the dry ingredients. Add the peanut butter, crushed graham crackers, sugar and butter to a bowl and mix to combine.
- Place the balls on the cookie sheet. Divide the mixture into 36 balls. Place the balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate. Add the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30 second intervals stirring between each interval, until the chocolate has melted.
- Dip the balls in the melted chocolate. Remove the balls from the freezer. Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
- Add sprinkles. Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles.
- Refrigerate. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour before serving.
How Long Will These No Bake Peanut Butter Balls Stay Fresh?
It is the perfect recipe for when you are craving something sweet but don’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. These balls are also fantastic for serving at parties with some themed holiday sprinkles or even as a gift.
When stored in the fridge, no-bake recipes will last for up to two weeks. However, if you want to keep them for longer, they can be stored in the freezer for up to three months.
Just be sure to wrap them tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil to prevent freezer burn.
