Homemade Vitamin D Face Mask for When You Can’t Get Enough Sun
Getting an adequate intake of vitamin D is absolutely essential for the maintenance of good health. Unfortunately for those of us who live in climates with four seasons, it can be quite difficult to get enough natural sunshine on a daily basis, especially during the colder winter months. I used to just supplement with vitamin D capsules, but lately I’ve been making this DIY face mask recipe as well in order to boost the amount of vitamin D I’m getting. The recipe makes a homemade vitamin D face mask that’s perfect for providing you with a bit of added back-up for those times of year where you just can’t get enough sun. If you haven’t been getting enough vitamin D for any extended periods of time, you’ll be able to notice a night and day difference with regular use of this mask.
