3-Ingredient Spirulina Avocado Face Mask for Nourished Skin



  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled
  • 23 drops sage essential oil
  • 1 tsp organic raw spirulina


  1. Mash the avocado in a small bowl, then incorporate the spirulina and sage oil to obtain a green paste.
  2. Apply on your face in a thin layer, leave for 20 minutes then rinse with warm water, scrubbing gently with your fingers to remove the mask.
