3-Minute Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Ingredients

1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 tbsp creamy peanut butter

1 egg

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

¼ tsp baking powder

1 tbsp of your favorite jelly or jam

Instructions

  1. Place the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Remove from the microwave oven and stir well.
  3. Add the butter and sugar and mix to combine.
  4. Add the flour and baking powder and whisk until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the mixture in an oversized microwave-safe mug, add the jelly or jam and top with remaining peanut butter mixture.
  6. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds or until just firm to touch.
