Homemade Paleo Energy Bar Mix in a Jar for Easy Snacking
For many years, I used to struggle with falling off of my diet plan whenever I would have a cheat day too many. It’s only been fairly recently that I’ve mastered the art of making paleo friendly recipes that I can be 100% happy to stick with regardless if it’s summer or winter. These paleo energy bars have definitely made it easier to stick to my diet.
Today, I’ll be teaching an awesome recipe with you guys. It’s for making a paleo energy balls mix in a jar that even the kids will love. You’ll be layering in wholesome, paleo friendly ingredients that are rich in healthy fats and protein while being low in carbs into a jar that you can then decorate with your favorite holiday decorations. Not only will you love how these energy balls turn out, but the jar with all of the ingredients layered in also makes for a great gift idea as well!
Homemade Paleo Energy Bar Mix in a Jar for Easy Snacking

Ingredients
one 32 oz jar
½ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut
1 cup pepitas
½ cup unsweetened dried cranberries
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Layer the ingredients in the following order in a jar:
– sesame seeds
– chia seeds
– unsweetened finely shredded coconut
– pepitas
– dried cranberries
-ground cinnamon
Print the recipe tag on card stock and cut out.
Attach the tag to the jar.
Decorate the jar as you wish.
To make the bars, in a bowl combine the energy bar mix and 1/3 cup honey.
Firmly press the mixture into an 8×8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 325°F for 40-50 minutes or until golden.
Refrigerate overnight then slice and serve.
