Cold Pressed Olive Oil Hair Mask for a Quick Hair Fix
You’d think that “cold pressed” is just another buzzword in the beauty industry to build hype, but the method used to prepare olive oil actually matters when it comes to its nutrient content. When olive oil is prepared at high temperatures, it can degrade the oil, leaving it with fewer nutrients than cold-pressed oil. So for this hair mask, the cold-pressed olive oil is a must. Once you’ve gotten all your ingredients ready, all that’s left to od is combine into a paste and apply to wet hair. If you can, leave it on for up to 20-25 minutes before rinsing and then shampooing. This makes all the difference when used regularly. I swear by this olive oil hair mask.
