No-Bake Maple Pecan Praline Cookies

Instructions

  1. Add the butter, vanilla extract and maple syrup to a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat. 
  2. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 
  3. Remove from the heat and set aside. 
  4. Place the rolled oats to a food processor and pulse a few times. 
  5. Add the chopped pecans, rolled oats and maple syrup mixture to a bowl and mix to combine. 
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  8. Drop the mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets. 
  9. Flatten the cookies lightly and press 1 pecan half onto each cookie.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
