Peppermint Cream Cheese Oreo Cookie Balls

  1. Place the Oreos and cream cheese in a food processor and process until well combined. 
  2. Roll the mixture into balls about 1 tablespoon in size. 
  3. Place the balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Add the white chocolate and peppermint extract in a microwave safe bowl. 
  6. Microwave on high in 30 seconds intervals stirring between each interval, until the chocolate has melted. 
  7. Remove the balls form the freezer.
  8. Dip each ball into melted chocolate. 
  9. Roll into crushed candies. 
  10. Refrigerate for minimum one hour before serving.
