  • Prepare the bacon. Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Chop up the bacon.
  • Combine the ingredients. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, Mexican cheese, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, 2/3 of chopped bacon, 2 tablespoons of green onion, ¼ cup of chopped walnuts, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of poppy seed and salt and black pepper to taste to a bowl and mix to combine.
  • Form into balls. Use your hands to form the mixture into a ball.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz bacon slices 
  • 16 oz cream cheese at room temperature 
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup finely shredded Mexican cheese 
  • 1 ¼ cups finely shredded cheddar cheese 
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp Ranch seasoning
