  1. Place the steamer basket in the Instant pot.
  2. Add 1 cup of water.
  3. Place the vegetables into the basket.
  4. Close and seal the Instant pot.
  5. Turn the venting knob to SEALING.
  6. Press the PRESSURE COOK button and check to make sure the pressure level shows as “High” on the display.
  7. Adjust the timer to 0 minute.
  8. When finished cooking, quick release the pressure.
  9. Carefully remove the steamer basket and vegetables from the pot.
  10. Place the vegetables in a bowl.
  11. Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley and olive oil and toss to combine.
  12. Season to taste with salt and black pepper and serve.
