Mindblowing Apple Cider Vinegar Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin
There’s just something about a perfectly cooked juicy pork tenderloin that gets my mouth watering. Sure I love a good rib-eye every now and then, but pork tenderloin is so good when made properly. By made properly, I mean thiis instant pot tenderloin with apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and olive oil. For such a quick and easy meal to prepare, you’re going to be blown away by how good this recipe turns out. Most importantly, it’s also packed with nutrients such as protein, quality saturated fats, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It really is the very definition of nutritious and delicious.
Apple Cider Vinegar Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 pounds pork tenderloins
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup apple cider
¼ cup maple syrup
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
salt, black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the pork tenderloins with salt and black pepper.
- Press the SAUTE button on the Instant Pot and let stand until screen reads “HOT”.
- Add the oil.
- Add the tenderloins and brown 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add the apple cider and scrape the bottom of the pot with a wooden spoon to loosen the brown bits.
- Press the CANCEL button.
- Close and seal the Instant pot.
- Turn the venting knob to SEALING.
- Press the PRESSURE COOK button and check to make sure the pressure level shows as “High” in the display.
- Adjust the timer to 7 minutes.
- When finished cooking, let the pressure come down naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the rest of the pressure.
- Open the lid.
- Remove the pork from the Instant pot.
- Stir in the maple syrup and apple cider vinegar.
- Press the SAUTE button on the Instant Pot and cook until the mixture is reduced by 2/3.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Return the pork in the pot and spoon the sauce over the meat to completely coat.
- Press the CANCEL button.
- Slice thinly the tenderloins and serve with sauce.
