Anytime I go out to eat at an Indian restaurant, I always order butter chicken. I’m absolutely addicted to the taste. It might be the butter, but I’m convinced it’s the chicken cooked in the butter that has gotten me hooked. Luckily for me, I found an instant pot butter chicken recipe that cures all my cravings. Dare I say this is even better than the Indiant restaurants I’ve tried because I know everything that goes in it, and trust me when I say that it’s all wholesome ingredients and absolutely no fillers.
