As the name of the recipe suggests, you only need two simple ingredients to follow this recipe: eight thick slices of bacon and three tablespoons of raw honey.
Bacon: I suggest thick cut, applewood smoked bacon! If you haven’t had a high quality applewood smoked bacon yet, you’re truly missing out. With that being said, any bacon will work for this honey bacon recipe 🙂
Honey: All-natural, high quality honey like Manuka honey will work so much better with this oven-baked honey bacon, but all honey works. Just make sure it’s authentic! Believe it or not, fake honey is everywhere and there’s nothing like real, natural honey.

How to Make Oven-Baked Honey Bacon
Line up your bacon on a baking sheet, brush them with the honey, and then fire it into the oven for 15-20 minutes at 375°F, or until the bacon is browned and sticky, whichever comes first.

- 3 tbsp honey
- Position the oven rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 375°F.
