As we age, it’s only natural to notice an increase in hair fall and breakage—or so I thought. It turns out I just had no clue how to properly care for my hair to mitigate those age-related symptoms. Ingredients
- 5-6 raspberries
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp hibiscus powder
Instructions
- Mash the raspberries and combine them with yogurt and hibiscus powder into a ceramic bowl.
- Apply on wet hair, massage and leave for 20 mins.
- Rinse with warm water and shampoo.
