Blueberry Vanilla Sugar

1. Preheat oven to 170°F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl combine the sugar, vanilla seeds, lemon juice and blueberry powder.
4. Spread the sugar on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Dry the sugar in the oven for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
7. Use a spoon to break up any large clumps.
8. Transfer into a jar.

Orange, Rum and Vanilla Sugar

1. Preheat oven to 170°F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl combine the sugar, vanilla seeds, orange juice, rum and orange zest.
4. Spread the sugar on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Dry the sugar in the oven for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
7. Use a spoon to break up any large clumps.
8. Transfer into a jar.

Lemon and Mint Sugar

1. Preheat oven to 170°F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl combine the sugar, mint, lemon juice and lemon zest.
4. Spread the sugar on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Dry the sugar in the oven for 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
7. Use a spoon to break up any large clumps.
8. Transfer into a jar.
