- 2 tbsp witch hazel water
- 3–4 drops basil essential oil
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (or jojoba oil)
- 2 tbsp purified water
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into a clean dispenser.
- Shake well before using.
- Apply on a cotton ball and wipe over closed eyelids.
