Christmas Lasagna (Easy Christmas Dessert)

For the red layer:


For the white layer: 


For the green layer: 


For the topping: 


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside. 
  3. To make the red layer, in a bowl cream the butter.
  4. Add the egg and red food coloring as needed and beat to combine.
  5. Add the sugar cookie mix and beat to combine. 
  6. Add the crushed peppermint candies and mix to combine. 
  7. Spread the dough into the prepared baking pan. 
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. 
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. 
  10. To make the white layer, in a bowl cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  11. Add the peppermint extract and heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form. 
  12. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled red layer. 
  13. Freeze for 30 minutes. 
  14. Meanwhile make the green layer. 
  15. Add the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. 
  16. Microwave on high in 30 seconds intervals stirring between each interval, until the chocolate has melted. Set aside. 
  17. In another bowl add the milk and instant pudding. 
  18. Using an electric hand mixer, beat until thicken. 
  19. Add the melted white chocolate and green food coloring as needed. 
  20. Beat to combine.
  21. Spread the green mixture evenly over the white layer. 
  22. Freeze for 30 minutes. 
  23. For the topping, add the heavy cream and sugar to a well-chilled bowl.
  24. Using electric hand mixer, beat the cream until stiff peaks form. 
  25. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the green layer.
  26. Decorate with sprinkles, crushed, peppermint candies and M&M candies if using.
  27. Refrigerate for minimum 6 hours before serving.
