Christmas Deviled Eggs (Easy Christmas Appetizer)

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp ground mustard
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- red food coloring
- green food coloring
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthways.
- Scoop out the egg yolks.
- Add the egg yolks, mayonnaise and mustard to a bowl and mix until creamy and smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Fill 2 medium bowls with water.
- Add a few drops of red food coloring into one bowl and mix to combine.
- Add a few drops of green food coloring into another bowl and mix to combine.
- Place 6 egg whites into red water and 6 egg whites into green water.
- Take the whites out when they turn red and green, and place them on a paper towel to dry.
- Fill the egg whites with egg yolk mixture.
- Arrange on a plate and refrigerate for minimum one hour before serving.
