Easy Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods

- 16 ounce bag of pretzel rods
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz white chocolate chips
- sprinkles, mini M&M, chopped nuts, crushed peppermint candy
- Line 2 large baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Place the semi sweet chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high in 30 seconds intervals stirring between each interval, until the chocolate has melted.
- Place the bowl in a pot with hot water.
- Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high in 30 seconds intervals stirring between each interval, until the chocolate has melted.
- Place the bowl in a pot with hot water.
- Dip the pretzel rods into melted chocolate.
- Shake any excess chocolate.
- Place the rods on the prepped baking sheet.
- Decorate with sprinkles, mini M&M candy, chopped nuts and crushed peppermint candy.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
