Easy Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods

Instructions

  1. Line 2 large baking sheets lined with parchment paper. 
  2. Place the semi sweet chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. 
  3. Microwave on high in 30 seconds intervals stirring between each interval, until the chocolate has melted. 
  4. Place the bowl in a pot with hot water.
  5. Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. 
  6. Microwave on high in 30 seconds intervals stirring between each interval, until the chocolate has melted. 
  7. Place the bowl in a pot with hot water.
  8. Dip the pretzel rods into melted chocolate. 
  9. Shake any excess chocolate. 
  10. Place the rods on the prepped baking sheet. 
  11. Decorate with sprinkles, mini M&M candy, chopped nuts and crushed peppermint candy. 
  12. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
