- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- In a food processor add the chia seeds and rolled oats and pulse to obtain a fine grind.
- Incorporate the coconut oil and lemon juice to obtain a paste.
